I have taken several policies through a friend of mine.  As a person living overseas I felt it’s impossible to handle policy affairs without the help of an agent due to bureaucratic processes. Unfortunately, my agent who I relied on for over a decade passed away a few years ago,  and my communication with LIC was going into black hole. Mrs B S  Radha Jayalakshmi volunteered to help me.
